This is a basic transparent template I use to print out my photocards. Tried to google a few but wasn't satisfied so I made my own that fits my preference of 9 photocards on ONE printable page. It is sized on an 8.5x11 letter page and can fit up to 9 photocards sized to approximately 2.5x3.5 inches. Sizes are as close as they can get, and do not include bleed, you will have to adjust your artwork or add bleed print lines to the template yourself.

After downloading the .ZIP folder from gumroad, the folder should contain multiple file types including a .PNG, .PSD (photoshop document), and .CLIP file (clip studio).
The PSD and CLIP files are just additional options for users if they prefer to edit their photocard templates in Photoshop or clip studio however if you do not own either programs, fret not that is what the .PNG files are for.
If you unzip the folder (this requires an unzip program such as WINRAR or 7zip which are free. A few people asked why they’re zipped. This is for me to be able to upload all the files in the folder and compress it online 🙂↕️ Otherwise the file would be huge!)
You will see a white and black PNG photocard template. Simply open a new file in canva.com (this is an online editor that is free !) and upload your photocard template file. You will now be able to size and arrange your photocards in layers underneath the template! Here is an example of my setup on canva. Once you are satisfied with your template, simply export and save the file as a .JPEG or .PNG and your photocard page is ready for printing!
